"Duplex Adventures!"

My husband and I moved here from California. He had to pick out the house and I put all my faith in him! He did a great job. It was a duplex and very clean. No bugs or rodents. Minor repairs throughout. The maintence man was amazing! Very quick. These places are definitely military, you can tell when people PCS because its so empty now. The ladies we deal with for paying rent are the sweetest, and are so understanding. We didn't really get to know anyone around no one really talked to us. And our neighbor moved out a few months after we got there and wasn't replaced. There were families. We got Girl Scouts and little boys selling things for school. There is a high school and middle school right down the street too. Walking distance. We felt so safe, the rental company would send out security if we ever had a complaint about solicitors or anything like that. We've accidentally fallen asleep with our door unlocked and didn't worry when we found out. It's a great place for a first place!

  2. People constantly moving, we're military though! So understandable.
  3. Although the maintenance man was quick and sweet. The place did have quite a few issues.
  4. Pets are super expensive. $300 non refundable fee!
