The Village: Off Base Neighborhood/Subdivision

"Goldsboro"

nice quiet neighborhood with several families living on the street. I'd recommend renting instead of buying out here as many houses go up for sale but hardly any sell. Our backyard is a farm and we have no traffic noise. Base is 15 min away, town is 9min. Post office is 7 minutes away in the next town up (Pikeville). Only issue is there are no sidewalks or walking trail near by.
