Sorrounded by farmed fields, 2 miles from public boat dock, 11 min. from neighborhood to Elizabeth City USCG Air Station gate. Neighbors are friendly, lots are 1/2-1 acre size, several of us have chickens. Neighbhood streets consist of one entrance into neighborhood with 4 cul de sacs. My children love to roller blade, ride bikes, and play all over the area.
