"Killis Hills Subdivision"

Neighborhood was built in 3 different phases and is approximately 8 years old. Majority of people in the neighborhood are prior or active duty military. It is a quiet place to live, close to a few parks and a community pool. For major shopping, a drive to Jacksonville or Wilmington is needed. The town of Richlands is pretty small. Has a few restaurants, a gas station, a brand new Walmart, and two small grocery stores. It is located approximately 15 minutes from New River and 35 minutes from Camp Lejeune.
