"Gate Neighborhood"

We live in Blossom Ridge and Anderson Hills. It's gated. We love living here and haven't had any issues. There are playgrounds nearby and it's only 20 minutes from base. If you intend to buy, I would't recommend buying in Anderson Hills as they don't sell well. I also wouldn't recommend the schools...although the HS is decent and new and you can always put in for a transfer for other grades.

  • Recommendations: Northeast Heights is the nicest but expensive Ventana Ranch and Rio Rancho - decent neighborhoods. Taylor Ranch - very nice area. The Petroglyphs - another nice neihbhorhood.
