"Excellent Neighborhood"
From the first week we moved in, we have felt so welcomed and loved by our new neighbors. Three people stopped over to say hello and dropped off treats. The neighborhood has lots of kids and lots of military. I wish it had sidewalks, but the roads are wide enough you can still take walks and avoid cars. This is also in the prairie view elementary district which rumor has it, the best elementary in town. SO glad we found this neighborhood!

Amazing neighborhood. Lots of families with children, military families and retired. Best description would be "Leave it to Beaver." People walking every evening. Pet friendly, children ride bike and toys, parents pulling them on wagon rides, strollers, adults exercising. Everyone is friendly and there is a very peaceful feel over here. I am a realtor of 10 years and a designer and builder. We have built 2 custom homes in this neighborhood. Resale is good and we feel blessed to be part of this amazing neighborhood raising our two children and lab here!
