"Regent Park"
Regent Park is made up of 16 subdivisions in one neighborhood. Price ranges vary between 2 bedroom condos to what use to be extravagant golf course homes. New construction is also coming into the neighborhood to make it continue to grow. Community has pool, tennis courts, walking trails, playground and lots of social events to get to know your neighbors- if you choose. Great location just on the SC and NC boarder. Family friendly, great rating schools and low SC taxes are a huge draw. 15 mins to uptown Charlotte, NC is a plus! Charlotte is growing and jobs are being created. Top it off with fantastic weather, 3.5 hours to a beach, 2 hours to the mountains and it is the ideal place to be! Want to be close to Charlotte, but still have the advantages of living in SC, Regent Park is the place to be!
