"Trying to be, but failing"

HOA Board of directors refuse to open walking trails on the perimeter of the golf course which they took over management of without consent of property owners. The golf course is shoddy and not well taken care of, look at other online reviews. The Board of Directors doesn’t listen to the majority of voting members and forces their decisions on the majority. Furthermore the BoD refuses to allow access to the big pond (lake) for recreational fishing or paddling. At the current time, this neighborhood is poorly managed and very unfriendly.

"Old Charm near water"

Very quiet, family friendly neighborhood. They have a pool at the clubhouse that is great for small kids. We are on the water and have a 9 hole golf course that is opening this fall. HOA is high for this area, but does a lot for the price. There is an abundance of natural beauty here, with marshlands, ancient trees, lakes and ponds and always, the water nearby. It takes about 30 min to get to Air station Beaufort
