"Glen Ellen Landing"

Neighborhood is located right around the corner from Glenellen Elementary School, which is great! It's the only area in Clarksville that you can walk your kids to school and not have to cross any major roads...huge plus! The neighborhood itself has gone through some hard times with people moving in and out and houses for rent, but with some good residents this neighborhood can be great again. Houses in good condition generally sell very quickly in this neighborhood. Sidewalks, street lights, families and being able to walk your kids to and from school are what makes this neighborhood great!
