"Franklin Meadows"

I really miss living here but if we ever went back to Clarksville we wouldn't live in Franklin Meadows again. We loved the elementary and middle schools we were zoned for, but there are other schools in Clarksville that are more highly rated. The neighborhood seemed to be going downhill towards the end of our time living here. Started to get more renters so the homes didn't seem to be as well taken care for. Had some great neighbors and some not so great neighbors.

"Great Neighborhood"

Franklin Meadows subdivision is conveniently located near Fort Campbell Army Post. The subdivision is located off of Tiny Town Road, a well known main road of Clarksville off of Exit 1. The neighborhood is kid and pet friendly, family friendly as well as empty nester/single family friendly. It's a well blended neighborhood. Overall, it's pretty quiet other than on a Saturday evening during races at Clarksville Speedway. (not located directly near the speedway, but you can hear the cars from a distance) The neighborhood is clean, most folks take care of their yards etc. It is full, so the streets can be a bit busy, but we've never had any issues other than having to pull over for a second or two in order to let another car drive by near parked car. Directly out of the subdivision, is a road that has all kinds of stores, gas stations and eateries. Perfect location! We LOVED living in the subdivision. Had we not PCS'd, we'd still live there. Beautiful, clean and friendly neighborhood filled with Soldiers of all ranks, Police Officers and Civilians. The school district is basically in "the back yard" of the subdivision. It's one of the best districts. We get the typical solicitors, but crime while we were there was never a problem.
