"Suburban, outside city, large trees"
Woodlawn is the area SW of Clarksville, near Gate 10 (the south gate of Ft. Campbell.) There isn't really much a town there, just a couple gas stations, a pizza place, Dollar General, gym, churches, etc. It's about a 10 minute drive into Clarksville for groceries and other shopping. But if you're looking for a quiet neighborhood with beautiful large trees, family-oriented, safe, and close to post without driving through any traffic this is a great neighborhood! Not many high-end homes here, just comfortable homes, probably between 1400 and 2400 sf. No city taxes. Great schools!
