"Family friendly, convenient location"
We really liked this neighborhood. Easy access to Exit 4 without actually having to drive down all of Wilma Rudolph. Convenient to the interstate, meaning trips to Nashville were a breeze. Movie theater, grocery store, and restaurants were all within a 5 minute drive. Quiet neighbors, lots of kids. We didn't know our neighbors well, but that's because we both worked and weren't home during the day. We would consider living there again if we moved back. The only con is that you can hear the racetrack on Friday nights, but you can hear that in pretty much all of the neighborhoods off Exit 1 & 4.
