"The Vineyards, Corpus Christi, TX"
We lived in The Vineyards from 1/07-7/08 and owned our home there. The neighborhood was extrely quiet for the most part. There were at least 2 instances of crime I can recall-my husband's truck was broken into in our driveway, but my car was untouched and the neighbor across the street had his car egged. I never felt unsafe there and knew most of the neighbors by face, but most people kept to themselves. The neighborhood is about 15 minutes from NAS Corpus Christi, 2 super HEBs (best grocery store EVER), a hospital, and shopping centers. No homeowner fees/property owner associations in this subdivision.
