"Renting a Home In Kingsville TX"
In Kingsville, most officer families live in the apartment complex Hunter's Cove. We chose to rent a house instead and were very pleased. The neighborhood is nice, mostly established families whose children are grown. The neighborhood was very friendly to military and were willing to lend a hand whenever possible. I felt comfortable enough to go on daily walks with my dog in the evening. If you wanted to, you could walk to the High School and use their track and even walk to the local WalMart. This is one of the nicest neighborhoods in Kingsville. The only other neighborhood I could recommend is near A&M Kingsville (might have to deal with more noise over there from college students).

- Recommendations: Many families live in Hunter's Cove Town Homes, and those who lived there did enjoy it. You do not get much privacy, but are always in walking distance of a BBQ, party and the pool. We went to many dinners and get togethers at this apartment complex. The community center is relatively large and is a good place to host events and birthday parties. I would not recommend renting a home without seeing it. We viewed a few homes that I considered unlivable, so be careful. Another nice neighborhood is next to Texas A&M University Kingsville.
