Homes are maintained with pride of ownership, 1/4-1/2 acres lots. Most homes were built late 90's to a couple of last lots are now being built out. Schools are located within a 2-mile reach. There is a library, community recreation center, pool, all within walking distance on sidewalks.

"Exactly what you'd expect"

An amazing mix of military and non-military. There's an elementary, middle, and high school in close proximity as it's great for familys with children or some on the way. There's little to no criminal activity within the neighborhood itself, if there were ever a problem - the police would be there almost immediatly. It's both quiet, well lit (big on streetlights, here!) with big sidewalks and a max speed limit of 25 MPH

"Great for families of all ages"

Hampton Oaks is a mixed neighborhood of townhouses and single family homes with great amenities such as a pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and playgrounds all included in low HOA dues. Lots of great walking with sidewalks- great way to meet neighbors bc lots of residents walk/run/bike. Awesome schools: Hampton Oaks Elementary/Winding Creek Elementary, HH Poole Middle School, and North Stafford High School. Neighborhood swim team for kids and lots of activities: book clubs, bunco, Breakfast with Santa, Easter Egg Hunt, National Night Out, etc. I've raised my kids here and feel it has been an excellent, safe environment. Only a 10 minute commute to Quantico. 2 miles away from shopping and dining.
