"Single family homes fit for royalty"
We live in a very friendly neighborhood full of families and 5 minutes from shopping, grocery stores, Medical centers and major Hospital. Schools are blue ribbon. Several Military installations within 50 miles.

"Family friendly neighborhood with community pool"
Family friendly neighborhood conveniently located to I95 and several commuter lots. This neighborhood has plenty of sidewalks for exercise and dog walks, plus a beautiful community pool. The homes are larger scale with big yards and nice curb appeal. Great neighborhood in Stafford VA!

"Family friendly neighborhood with community pool"
This is a popular north Stafford neighborhood conveniently located to I95, commuter lots, Rt 1, Target, Walmart, Stafford Marketplace and Garrisonville Rd. Homes are larger for big families with nice lot sizes. Great curb appeal throughout the subdivision with an awesome pool and clubhouse as well as tennis courts and sidewalks for walking dogs. We enjoyed this location and the distance to the high school which was very convenient for our daughter to get to school. Stafford is an up and coming area with new movie theater, grocery and shopping centers in the works currently. Austin Ridge is a recommended neighborhood close to all Stafford has to offer.

This neighborhood has fantastic schools. They also have lots of amenities including a swimming pool, tennis courts, tot lots, community center, sidewalks and trails. We have lots of marine friends who live here!
