"Family Friendly Neighborhood Meeting All Your Needs!"

Christopher Farms neighbor is a subdivision from the movies! Your kids will never be lacking a playmate, it is beautiful here with two ponds and beautiful lamdscapes, is extremely pet friendly with dog waste cans, and is a quick walk to an incredible elementary school found in the neighborhood! Halloween here is beyond magical! There is an HOA that helps maintain the character of the neighborhood and puts on fun socials like the back to school mom coffee, ice cream socials complete with a inflatables for the kids and community yard sales. The homes are all different, so it is easy to find what you are looking for. Close to major shopping centers and hospitals. Cannot recommend this neighborhood enough!

  3. Excellent elementary school in the neighborhood
  4. Several options for homes!
  1. Strict HOA (although necessary for upkeep!)
  2. Only one dog waste can for both phases of the neighborhood
  3. The phases of the neighbor are monitored by completely different HOAs, so the rules are different

"Christopher Farms"

Family Friendly Neighborhood- with the elementary school inside the neighborhood! Probably 30-40 kids live within walking/biking distance of school. Tons of kids and families- many of the original homeowners are moving to make way for younger families. Lots of dog walkers, people riding bikes, and kids playing outside. Beautiful lakes in the neighborhood, HOA ensures that the houses are kept up. Plenty of mixture of military/civilian, some rentals go very fast. More convenient than some of the other neighborhoods in South VB- close to Holland/Princess Anne. Close to shopping, Harris Teeter, Sentara Hospital, etc. Great elementary school, PA Middle, Kellam HS.

"Classic suburban homes"

Christopher Farms is a very family-friendly neighborhood with many families with young children. Christopher Farms Elementary is in the neighborhood and children can walk to that school. Close to grocery stores and shopping. Some jet noise from NAS Oceana.
