"Beautiful established neighborhood super close to Naval Station Everett"

North Everett is a well-established neighborhood with lovely tree-lines street and gorgeous older homes filled with character. The neighborhood has a mix of empty nesters, families, and some college students due to its proximity to EVCC. There are a number of parks and grassy areas, many with an amazing water and mountain view. Also, downtown Everett is easily accessible from North Everett, and it's even possible to walk or bike if desired. The naval base is literally minutes away, allowing for a lunch hour at home! Getting to the base from North Everett will soon be even easier for pedestrians or bikers with the opening of the 16th Street pedestrian bridge in the next year or two.
