"Family friendly neighborhood"

Very clean and safe family friendly neighborhood. Most families around here have kids ranging from infant to high school. Kids are always playing out in the streets and yards. Great neighborhood watch system in place and several police officers live in the neighborhood. Houses are somewhat close but not too close. Good sized front and back yards. Pet friendly area. Neighborhood park and big public park right down the street.

"Very kid friendly"

Wonderful, safe neighborhood that is full of kids. The bus stops at almost every corner due to so many kids on every street! Local deputy patrols often and knows every body. He set up a great neighborhood watch program. The elementary, jr high and high school are all right next to each other right up the road and are great schools. We avoid all the traffic going to post since we don't need to take the freeway.
