"They Do Not Care about Military"
I was a resident at The Village at NTC for four years and a resident with another Lincoln Military Housing property for four years prior to that. Their website (Lincoln Military Housing) states they are understanding of military hardships more specifically if you have less than 30 days to execute your orders they will review your case and waive the 30 day move out notice if you did not control this. I provided them with this information showing I had no control over my orders and they still are charging me over $900 to cover seven days of rent which were outside of the 30 day window (I was only able to give them a 21 day notice). Even though they have a waitlist for people to get in they still felt the need to squeeze every last drop of money they could. Read the reviews on the other websites and trust this is NOT a company who supports the military and our lifestyle. Never again will I rent from Lincoln!
