We lived in the Orleck Heights area of Murphy Canyon- lots of families in this neighborhood. Each duplex has a fenced in back yard, sizing depends on where the house is located- but most are decent size. Storage in the back for yard items. One car garage with garage door opener. Security alarms in every home. Large home with both family room and living room. Large kitchen with plenty of storage and lots of counter space! Separate laundry room with counter space and lots of storage. Back patio is spacious as well as a front patio. The area is active, lots of kids and families. The community has a pool and workout room that is only for residents and host events for families. Also, the view is great over looking the canyon. There are several shopping areas close by, easy access to highway 15 and traffic isn't too busy. However, depending on what base you're attached to, the commute can be long. And being on a canyon, there are bugs!
