"NAS JAX"
The houses are beautiful. They are done in a bright Floridian theme and the interiors reflect that as well. The houses are all a quick walk to the Saint Mary's river where there is quite a bit to do. Base housing here backs up to the NH JAX which is convenient for appointments. We absolutely loved our 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. We had a one and a half car garage. The backyards were fenced when we lived there but I was told that they did plan to put fences in. Walls were white and so was the kitchen. These are all 2 story houses.

- Recommendations: If you don't choose to live on base, Flemming Island is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the shopping amenities it provided. Orange Park is also a great place to send your kids to school at, as well as the city of Jacksonville.
- Appearance: well manicured with grass cut, looks uniform, curbs, common areas maintained, suburban, neighborhood parks, neighborhood pool
