"Older neighborhoods aren't worth the pros"
The older buildings are not maintained very well. From my own experiences and from what I have heard from my neighbors and friends on post maintenance doesn't listen to their tenants when it comes to fixing major problems. The older buildings are really not worth the pros of living on post.

"Perfect"
For my little family, our house is the perfect size. The fenced in yard is what we really love for our dog. We’ve never had any problems with the house, but I’ve heard things get fixed fairly quickly around here.
