"Not happy"
Everyone has their own standards of what is acceptable housing. I am not happy with ours because they haven't kept them up. We have detached storage that is not functional! Holes in the flooring and walls inviting animals to come in. We have large branches that fall in our yard because they won't trim the trees back. Wood is rotting on the house and we have termites. These historical homes could be very nice, but they don't keep them up as they should.
