"Spacious, functional housing"

We live in a 3 bed, 2.5 bath home on North Fort Lewis. The house is just under 2000 sq ft and has plenty of room for our family of four plus two small dogs. The yards are huge, especially compared to most homes in the towns surrounding post. The master bedroom has a connected bathroom and walk-in closet and the room could support a king-sized bed. The two smaller rooms are perfect for kids, or a guest bed and maybe a dresser. The homes in our neighborhood are duplexes. Most connect garage to garage, but sometimes connect garage to house and unfortunately the “house” side ends up without much natural light in the downstairs. Luck of the draw in that department. The majority of the home is carpeted, except the kitchen, dining room, bathrooms, and middle room of the downstairs. The room nearest the front door is carpeted. The downstairs features a spacious storage closet under the stairs that has a light. The garage could fit two cars, although it would get right if you stored bins and boxes in the sides of the garage. There is an elementary school in the neighborhood, by middle schoolers and high schoolers get bused to schools in the nearest school district.
