"Families meet houligans and partys"

It's somewhat quiet. There are several loud residence, residents that do drugs, drug deals in parking lots. Some children are very well manored, however, others are horrible. They throw rocks at windows, Chase people, they are rude, climb on other people's cars and trucks. Office staff is friendly, along with maintainence. However, there are no outlets in the bathrooms, carpet needs to be replaced, Windows do not keep out hot or cold air. It's a decent place to start out without children. Oh, if you don't love jet noise this is not the place for you. It rattles the buildings all day and late at night.
