Emerald Mountain: Off Base Neighborhood/Subdivision

Great area .also dont forget to check out the Brookwood Development just up the road and Jackson Trace . This area is called " Redland" and is east of Wetumpka and not in their city limits . Its more country and akin to Montgomery's Pike Rd Area and home to the new award-winning " Redland Elementary School which is amazing ! Its an east trip just across the toll bridge and you are in Montgomery at East Chase and everything , yet come home to get out of the rat race . We have loved this area and the Elmore County Commission and school board is very very responsive and thrifty with taxpayers dollars .

One of the Most Beautiful neighborhoods in Greater Montgomery Area. Very peaceful country setting, everyone was very friendly. Neighborhood has a nice golf course, tennis courts, and forest walking trail as well as community horse stables. Definitely a great place for children...the down side is that its far from the grocery stores and there is a toll on one of the bridges towards the shopping areas. Rent prices were very good though.
