"Lemoore Country Club Estates on the Golf Course"
Lemoore Country Club Estates is on the Lemoore golf course and is a relatively new neighborhood (our house was built in 2007. It has a Home Owners Association and is very well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and nice. We looked all over Lemoore and Hanford when searching for a home to buy and this was by far our favorite area. It takes me 15 minutes to make it to the front gate of NAS Lemoore, 10 Minutes to get to the shopping center in Hanford and 5 minutes to get to my favorite grocery store Fresh & Easy. The neighborhood has walking paths and sidewalks.

- Recommendations: The NAS Lemoore on base housing is really nice. There was a long waiting list when we moved, and would have waited for on base housing if we had children. You don't have as much privacy, but the luxury of not worrying about your kids riding their bike to a friends home is priceless.
- Appearance: well manicured with grass cut,looks uniform,common areas maintained

"Great new neighborhood on golf course"
Great new subdivision. Close to base but also very close to larger neighboring city Hanford (Target and mall are there). Loved my neighbors. Neighborhood is quiet and has a great layout. LOVED our home there and were sad to leave it... as well as our great neighbors. Also has HOA, so houses and yards always well kept.
