"Beat the fog in Vandenberg, live in Santa Maria"

Living near the Broadway Area (off E. McCoy) offers excellent amenities & easy access to base. To Vandenberg is roughly 20-25 minutes, easy, very pretty commute with hills & vineyards.

The Broadway area real estate is a good mix of homes to buy, but we chose to rent in this area. Very nice rentals, spacious, well kept area of Santa Maria. Sidewalks = easy walks/jogging paths and there is a large neighborhood park, great for pets/kids.

Amenities: grocery stores nearby, restaurants, Target, CostCo & shopping center.

Would definitely live here again, if stationed back in Vandenberg!
