"Old Town charm near Vandenberg"

Smaller than Santa Maria, easier to get to base - Orcutt is a really charming area to live. We rented here for a year before moving over to Santa Maria - but loved the small town vibe here, especially in Old Town. Loved going to Rooney's Irish Pub and Kay's breakfast - best omelettes in town.

Really charming place to live, solid housing market, if you bought a home here - it will likely do well as a rental too.
