"It's Monterey...what else do you need?"

Monterey's coast is beautiful but the housing standard there is sub-par. Everything is rundown but cost an arm/leg. Lots of creeps so kids need to watch out. Dogs are discouraged/disliked and few houses take them. while classmates socialize a lot, the locals tend to avoid us. many actually dislike us. Most parents homeschool there because the schools are so bad.
