"Awful place to live"
Awful place to live! Loud mouth gossip queen , who loves to be in everyone’s business!
134 almond way. (Stay away from Miss piggy) she is a snake in the grass. Stabs you in the back and front. She’s a real peach. (Rotten peach)

"Horrible HOA rules"
The community had alot of potential, then the builders made up these awful rules. No one has any privacy in their backyards because they only allow 4ft fences. What is the point?!?! What is so wrong with a 6 ft privacy fence, we pay for our property and taxes and cant even make decisions regarding landscaping.

"Ran by builders"
The community is still ran by awful builders, they implement bylaws w/out community involvement. HOA fees still going up w/ no say on anything. The clubhouse gossip Lady is truly off her rocker. Many neighbors stay away b/c of her demeanor.

"Beautiful community"
Beautiful community, but clubhouse pool is so tiny to accommodate whole community. Charlene is the lady that everyone is talking about. I do agree what others are saying, she’s very aggressive and verbal abuses her power!

"The worst neighborhood"
THE WORST PLACE I have ever lived, THE HOUSING ASSOCIATION is run by a home owner who is not qualified and unprofessional. Could be a great place but a long way from being that with the neighborhood being run by a abrassive loud busy body who been given a key to the clubhouse and abuses her position. Every day we witness people leaving for this reason.

"Great Family Neighborhood"
The Reserve at Chestnut Ridge is a great neighborhood close to the base. There are lots of families with children, many who are military. We have a great clubhouse with weight room and pool that is opened during the summer. The neighborhood is close to Route 1 and 30 minutes from the beach and is located in the CR school district, which is fantastic!
