"Robin Hill Neighborhood"
Living in Magnolia is like living on your own slice of heaven. The robin hill neighborhood is no exception. While the neighborhood is small the people are very friendly. There is a good mix of active duty, enlisted, officer, and retired military. This is a great place to raise children being right down the road from a popular school for kindergarten and being in the Cesar Rodney school district makes this an ample place to watch your family grow. The houses are all well kept and affordable. The neighborhood HOA is also very friendly and has their own facebook page that they keep update with happenings going on in the community. We enjoy living further away from the base to have a lot more room for our dogs to play, and our children to run. The only down side is being about 10-15 minutes away from local grocery stores.Overall, great place to be, in the state of Delaware.
