"Do Not Live Here"
Riley Manor is very cheap housing but it is in a bad part of town. The apartments themselves are very rundown and the yards are always trashed. Police constantly get called to the area for disturbances and it is not a safe area to live. It isn't too far from the High School or Franklin Elementary School but that is about the only good thing about the area. Living near or just outside of Riley Manor is generally okay, I personally live less than a mile from Riley Manor, but I would not recommend living there. There are other areas in Junction City that still provide housing at low cost and do not have the issues that occur in Riley Manor.
