"Greenhills Housing"
The GreenHills housing area is a very nice and well kept area. It has tennis courts, a pool, and a club house, it is very close to the YMCA and is also near a pond and walking trail. Houses there are generally between $150,000 all the way up to million dollar houses. HOA fees are required but if you want to live in the nice area of Junction City, this is it. Greenhills runs up to McFarland Rd and there are some houses on the other side of McFarland that are also very nice. This subdivision is pretty big so you can really find a variety of house sizes and amenities. Just depends what you are looking for! A lot of the people that live there have lived there for a long time and are prominent members in the community. You'll have great neighbors!
