"Centerville City schools excellent"

Washington township, Centerville is a great neighborhood to raise a family. we lived in that part of Ohio with my husband being stationed at Wright Patterson since 1995, then Germany, then back to Ohio till recently. Housing prices are wonderful, and the area has the recreation center with lots to do for families, Kings Island close by, and Centerville has its own charm and the schools are one of the top 5 in all of Ohio.

  1. Great family, friendly.
  2. confenience to base just taking 675.
  3. Lots of activities to do.
  4. Safe with very little crime in this neighborhood.
  1. the market pretty much doesn't move muich.
  2. very flat, but ck out bike trals near Caesers creek.
  3. Area is known for allergies.

  • Recommendations: Yankee Trace is sought after, yet a portion of your salary goes to city taxes. Also limited as to what you can do with land. However, they have a pool and tennis courts and the golf course.
