"Royal Pines Subdivision - Lady's Island"

Royal Pines is a great neighborhood on Lady's Island. The lots are larger and you get more for your money. Located in the best elementary and high school area of Beaufort - Coosa Elementary and Beaufort High School.

Royal Pines is spread out among the courses of Lady's Island Country Club. You don't have to join the CC to live in the area, but they do have a pool for the summer and tennis courts.

Many people live on Lady's Island for the schools and the lower cost of living. Lots of homes have wells for irrigation and septic systems. There are many affordable rentals and homes for sale. It is a safe area and most people get to know their neighbors and they look out for each other.

If you live in Royal Pines or anywhere on Lady's Island it's about a 25 minute drive to either MCAS, Parris Island or the Naval Hospital. You have to go over one of two bridges to get there...and if the "downtown" bridge is open to let a boat through it can take longer!
