nice quiet friendly neighborhood located in Central VIRGINIA BEACH location. Community amenities includes playground, swimming pool, ground maintenance and trash pickup. Close to I-64, I-264 and 13, beach, parks, military bases (10 mins to JEB LITTLE CREEK, 18 mins to NAVAL STATION NORFOLK, 20 mins to NAS OCEANA, etc.), restaurants and shopping centers like Pembroke Mall and Town Center.

"Nice Subdivision in a not so nice part of town"

This is a nice subdivision but you have to drive through a bad part of town to get there. Overall, the neighbors are nice and friends, the townhouses are nice but there were a few robberies in the neighborhood while we lived there. I felt safe most the time but was also always on guard. Also, most people park on the street and it can get quite crowded when everyone is home.
