"Quintessential All-American Neighborhood"

While this neighborhood is off base, most families that live here are military or law enforcement due to the fact that when built, the homes were first sold to this group before being opened up to the general public. Everyone is friendly, there are tons of kiddos playing together around the parks and streets, so safe that toys are left out and garages left open even at night. American flags fly on most homes and 4th of July is a sight to be seen here! Cannot speak to schools because mine aren't yet in school, but I love when the bus picks up a park full of playing kids in the morning. Neighbors are kind and helpful and look out for one another. Although the houses are so thin you can hear so much around you, it is a very quiet neighborhood. I love going for walks around the neighborhood and especially like the endless hiking trails I can access just down the street. Wildlife is abundant here and on a clear day you can see Mt. Rainier and the Olympic mountains.
