"Fort. Belvoir Housing"

Very poorly designed homes with no flow or way to arrange furniture well- no fenced in yards (pet friendly?)-very little storage space (small outfoor shed attached to house) Bedrooms are spacious (unless you count the tiny room on the third floor which is realy a big closet that is considered a room) Most units have mold problems but ours was minimal- constant problems with appliances- altough the AC was replaced- long wait times for repairs- no covered parking or garages

  2. Mold and water problems
  3. Area is close to river and lots of bugs in spring/summer
  4. Long wait times for repairs
