Love love love this neighborhood. We loved the neighborhood, it’s really cute with cute houses. It looks like something out of the Truman show with lots of parks. The houses aren’t huge, but it’s worth it for no commute. Parks every where and lots of green space.

  • Recommended: Yes
  • Recommendations: If your spouse is a student, you can get housing much easier. If you spouse is working on the TBS side of base then it is best to live off Garrisonville Rd for the shortest commute. If you want to live North of base and plan to utilize public schools, I would recommend looking in to any of the neighborhoods off Rte 234 (Brittany, Montclair, Southlake, Ashland, and a few more around sprigs & minnieville rd) but would avoid any neighborhoods located near or on Rte 1.)

Nice big houses in a great neighborhood. Nice housing (nothing spectacular), but houses are on top of one another, but convenient for spouses going to work.
