West Seneca: Off Base Area of Town

"West Seneca"

This area is one of the many suburbs of Buffalo NY. This particular suburb is considered one of the "south towns" and usually sees a good deal of snow every winter. The south towns usually average much higher snowfall totals. This is a beautiful part of NY, many new construction homes within developments. There are a lot of wooded areas, and the whole area feels very "country". There is a very low crime rate here and many amazing schools. This is an ideal area to raise a family!
