Waterfront: Off Base Area of Town

"Lakefront"

This is considered the area along the lakefront which is an up and coming area. For many years the lakefront area was left dilapidated and polluted by local factorys that dot the lakefront. They are now trying to capitalize on Buffalos natural resource and its natural beauty, and they have paved some walkways and created some beach access and also created some parks with tables and pavilions. The area itself is not place where a family would be comfortable living. There are a few buildings that house condos, and although they would have a great view, they are not conducive to a great family setting. The waterfront also has several highways they run alongside it, so it is noisy all the time. It is a nice place to take an evening walk, or even grab a small bite and sit by the water.
