"Very Safe and Nice Subdivision!"
This is one of the best places to live in Hanford. The homes are beautiful and the area is safe for kids to walk to school. Most of the homeowners in this location are military and/or police. The drive to the base is about 15 miles (20-25 minutes) and conveniently located to drive straight to the back gate of the base which is a lot easier because the main gate can get busy. Very convenient to get to the Hanford shopping and restaurant area. I prefer living here than Lemoore since most of the activities are in Hanford.
"Amazing neighborhood"
Beautiful neighborhood, very family friendly and safe. This location in Hanford is one of the few neighborhoods in the top ranked school district for High School, Middle School and Primary. It is also right by the mall and all the shops in Hanford. It is about 25-30 min drive to base, but it is right off Grangeville which you can take straight to base.
