"Nice neighborhood but I have lived in better"

It is a nice looking neighborhood from the outside and the homes are nice, big and modern. However, the homeowners association is a little too critical on everything. I agree that covenants are in place to maintain the neighborhood and keep the property values increasing, but they send you constant notices if there is a small weed in your yard. I feel that they are too overbearing and should only be working on the houses that have larger violations.

"Family Friendly - lots of kids playing outside"

Wolf Ranch is a great neighborhood! They have a swimming pool that you can join that is outdoor but they cover it in the fall/winter and you can still swim on Saturdays. Great location to live - close to Air Force Academy, Peterson AFB and about 30 minutes to Shriever AFB. (my husband works at Shriever). They have outdoor summer concerts every Wednesday at Gateway Park with a beautiful waterfall and fountain. Close to hiking, biking, running trails. Beautiful views of the mountains. Close to shopping and dining. Excellent choice to live!
