"There's a reason people live here"
Friendly community that is well maintained. HOA rules are fair and friendly even when you've left your trash can out because you forgot to put it back in the garage :) (yep that's happened to me). Their are weekly concerts at the Fountain in the summers. The elementary school is fabulous and within walking distance for kids. The school has Spanish emersion if you so desire. Animal friendly, I think everyone has a pet. Neighborhood uses the NextDoor app to stay in touch so you know whats happening very easily. I like that this neighborhood is close to Target and other shopping areas without being right "in it." Using Powers, Research or Briargate to get anywhere you want quickly. It's a 10 minute drive to the Promenade Briargate Shopping area (dogs are allowed to shop with you). 10 minute drive to Stetson Hills shopping area. Couldn't be happier.

Located in the northeast section of Colorado Springs, Wolf Ranch has been named "Best Neighborhood in The Springs" 2011/2012. To highlight just a few examples...
The neighborhood hosts the Annual Summer Concert Series: weekly concerts in the park featuring local artists/bands.
Woof Ranch - community dog park located within the neighborhood.
Walking trails and nature preserves.
Wolf Ranch is within the boundaries of Academy School District 20 - one of the most widely recognized school districts in the Pike's Peak Region.
