"Stoney Creek Neighborhood"

The neighborhood is VERY conveniently located. Just a half a mile behind Target/ Safeway, it is so easy to get anywhere in the Dover area. Only about 8 minutes to base during normal daytime hours. Elementary school is right across the street, and there are plenty of children in the neighborhood. There are a lot of rented townhomes towards the back of the neighborhood that keeps traffic in and out a little heavy. We have a two homes that have been foreclosed on and are boarded up. This makes the appearance a little less than splendid, but overall this is a good neighborhood for a good price.
