Thoroughgood Elementary is located just outside of Thoroughgood neighborhood off Independence Rd and Pleasure House (near Shore Drive zip 23455). This area is close to Little Creek Base, but also a a central location to all other bases. This is a great school and comes highly recommended by other military families. I would definitely send my kids here!
