"New Gosport Navy Housing."
In the 1980’s the navy housing at New Gosport (Portsmouth, VA were nice. The neighborhoods that surrounded New Gosport were nice. I used to jog 5 miles every morning before I went to work at the “Portsmouth Naval Hospital through the neighborhoods. I wasn’t ever afraid. The worst encounter that I ever had was when our two neighbors deployed. Their wives went on a daily rampage getting in everyone’s business & starting trouble.

"Ghetto Meets Ghetto"
Houses are nice and spacious
Neighborhood is in the heart of the ghetto
Neighbors are drug dealers, management won't do anything
You can hear gunshots every night
