"North Tonawanda"

This is a suburb just north of the city of Buffalo. The proximity to the highway is a little bit further but the commute into the city is about 25 minutes with no snow. It is an area of established homes and lots of new construction homes as well. Super family friendly, the schools are great and it is just a safe and wonderful place to raise a family. There are plenty of local bakeries, restaurants, and bars in the area as well as close proximity to a shopping mall.
